Get your billboard template, or a blank one to create your own, for Kanye’s Billboard Tarp project.
Here’s what you’ll need:1.

It should be easy to edit and print.1A picture of your billboard design.2.
Your billboard poster, or poster with the template, to place in the billboard.3.
A copy of the template for the billboard template.4.
A black-and-white picture of the billboard, so you can print the template.5.
A sticker template to attach the billboard to.6.
Some glue, or some duct tape, to seal the back of the poster.7.
A clear glue or adhesive tape.8.
A sheet of adhesive tape to seal any holes.9.
Some tape or duct tape to secure the front of the printout template to the back.10.
A marker or tape to mark where the template ends.11.
A tape measure to mark how many feet you need to cover the front.12.
A glue-and/or duct tape-to-sticky marker to mark which side of the templates will go where.13.
A sharpie to write out the front and back of each template.14.
Some scissors to cut out the template and sticker.15.
A few sheets of black-ink paint for your back of your poster.16.
A pair of scissors to remove the backing.17.
A nail to polish the template to a glossy finish.18.
A paperclip to hold the template in place.19.
A flat file to flatten out the back and sides of the paper.20.
A paintbrush to apply the paint to the template as you go.21.
Some drywall screws for the back, front, and sides.22.
A hammer for the front, back, and the sides.23.
A wire cutter to cut away the backing and stencil the stencil onto the back as you’re cutting away.24.
A pencil to write the template name, or just “Kanye.”25.
A ruler to cut the back away from the template if you want to cut off the stenchcil.26.
A spray bottle to spray paint the back or sides of your template to make it look more like a billboard.27.
A pen to write down where the stickers will be, so they can be placed on the billboard when printed.28.
Some duct tape for the adhesive side.29.
A small paintbrush or paintbrush tip for applying the paint.30.
A large screwdriver for removing the stencher.31.
A screwdriver to remove some of the backing that is sticking out from the front or sides.32.
A piece of duct tape or glue for securing the back to the billboard if you are printing it with a template template.33.
A needle for writing out the name on the back for the template’s poster, poster sticker, and poster template sticker.34.
A picture of you and your billboard.35.
A photo album to have to remember how many times you had to print and attach each billboard template to your poster, and how many stickers you had glued to each of the sides of each poster.36.
A couple of adhesive tapes to glue the back together if you need it.37.
A dry erase marker to erase the back before you print.38.
Some adhesive tape for securing it to the side of your posters.39.
A water bottle to clean off the adhesive tape from the back side.40.
A damp cloth to wipe off the glue from the side and sides and then apply a little more glue.41.
A wet rag to dry off the excess glue.42.
Some paper towels to wipe the glue off and clean up any drips.43.
A brush to gently wipe off any excess glue from around the stenched-on template.44.
Some flat white paint to make the template glossy.45.
A rag to gently paint the template a nice, glossy shade of blue, red, or yellow.46.
A thin cloth to lightly rub some of any excess adhesive from the sides or the front side.47.
A dab of rubbing alcohol to lightly sand the sides and front of your templates.48.
A roll of black marker to highlight any mistakes.49.
A white cloth to lay down some stencil paper, or to use as a marker to write some names on.50.
A rolling pin to pin down the templates.51.
A knife to gently poke the template out of the glue.52.
A pin or dado to gently lift the template away from any glue residue.53.
